For over 25 years CBS has been helping and supporting people in need all over Tasmania. At Community Based Support Inc. our vision is to support people to live the life they choose. We do this by putting the person wanting support at the centre of the picture. Our clients are involved in the care plan from the first time we have contact. Where appropriate, we also includes family members, friends and the broader community in the care planning process.  We are located at 24 Sunderland Street, Moonah Hobart, Tasmania, 7009 (see map below) and service the entire state of Tasmania.
